I need to use the advanced properties on a shortcut. But they are grey out. I
want to run under different credentials. I looked on google but find no
solution yet. Does someone have a idee or solution?

Just that one shortcut and no others? What happens if you right click,
create a new shortcut, and point it to the exe you're aiming for? What sort
of program are you launching from the shortcut anyhow?
