How to access user's calendar w/o delegate set up

Hi,

We have a web scheduler application which process invite and calendar update
so users' calendar can be updated if they accept the meeting invite in
outlook. Right now, since we cannot use CDO to access each user's calendar,
we have to go to each user's desktop and set up a service account to be the
delegate of the user so this account can be used to access users' calendar.
We are looking into way to replace this method because it requires a lot of
desktop support. Any ideas is appreciated.
