You can't (generally). Windows 98 and DOS only read/write to FAT 12, 16 &
32 partitions. You need to read and write NTFS partitions with NT, 2000 or
XP operating systems.
I assume you are dual booting. The best way would be to create another
fat32 partition and keep your data on it. Then you could access it from
win9x or xp.
If you have files over 4 gig though, you won't be able to use fat32.
You don't, unless you have special software to do this. One such
product you might want to look for (do a Google search) is called
NTFSDOS. I have no personal experience with it however, and can't
comment on how well it works.
