I have Home Desktop,and a laptop with win XP Pro on both computers.
At home I have a Microsoft wireless server and is working OK. The two
computers are networked.
Also at the office we have win NT 2000 and laptop connects OK, through a
cable connection.
Now I would like to be able to connect through the internet to home and
office from the laptop, and to the office from home.
Conecting through the internet:
Laptop (XP)--->>Home (XP)
Laptop (XP)--->> Office (NT 2000)
Home (XP)--->>> Office (NT 2000)
Office (NT2000)---->>>Home (XP)
I read about the VPN and installed the Remote Desktop on the Home computer.
But... Do not know how to get the name and IP addresses for each computer.How can I get that information at the office? The computer administrator
will not be available for a while. I own the company and need to look for
the office server information, to be able to connect.
I found the wizards in XP but I do not knowname, IP address.
I would appreciate any help.
Thanks.
