I'm not clear on what you are asking about.

If you need to enable cookies to view certain sites, you can do that from
Ie's menus: Tools> Internet Options> Privacy> Advanced. If you have blocked
a site that you now want to get cookies from go that same Privacy page but
click the Sites button.

If you want to see what cookies files you've collected, look in
...\Documents and Settings\<your account>\Cookies

That about covers cookies but doesn't address the "to see different
websites" part of your question. Since cookies aren't links to sites, I'm
not sure what you mean here. Perhaps you're looking for history? If yes:
Open IE. Then click the History button to display a list of sites you've
been to recently.

If none of the above answered your question, post back with a more details.

If cookies are not enabled, used Internet Options> Privacy> Advanced to
enable cookies. Accept allows all cookies. Prompt lets you say "yes" (or
"no") on a site by site basis.

If mail access is blocked due to a problem cookie, delete existing cookies.
To do this:

Use Windows Explorer and go to
Documents and Settings\<youraccount>\cookies.
Delete any cookies found here that are for the email site.
Then try the mail site again.

OR

Use Internet Options> General> Delete Cookies.

If cookies are being blocked for the email site, use Internet Options>
Privacy> Sites. In the next screen that appears, scroll through the list to
find the listing for the email site. Click to select, then click Remove. OK
when done.
