How to access AddIn code

When we save VBA code as Addin it seems there is no way to access the code is
that correct or I'm missing something? Because when we save the VBA code in
template we can acces them using VBA editor but when I save the same code as
an addin VBA editor doesn't exist . Any thoughts?
 
So as I understand from your reply if I save as an addin without having the
code in PPT I can't access the code ?!

So I'll add a bit of value by pointing out that this is a huge time saver when
you're debugging addins. You can modify and run the add-in's code. Just don't
be fooled by the File, Save menu. It doesn't actually save.
