How to access acount

I have 4 accounts on XP home, one for each family
member. All have admin rights.

I have Internet access via DSL, with one primary and 3
sub accounts, one sub account for each family member.
The only way the sub accounts can use their e-mail is to
log on via my account, then access their DSL.

How do I change it so that each person can access his/her
e-mail from their own XP account?
Thanks in advance.
 
You will need to go to your ISP Account and add them to your account, then
open each user and go to OE and Add a New Account and configure it and they
should work.
