How sync Contacts and BCM-contacts

Am using Outlook 2003 w/BCM.

Is there any way to tie together, sync, merge, or whatever... my contacts in
"Contacts" and my contacts in "Business Contacts in BCM"?

It doesn't seem to make sense to keep two address books with some of the
same names...and when I update say a phone number in one...the other one
stays un-updated

How do most people manage this? Do most people start a "BCM history" by
keying in a new contact in "Contacts", then *copy* it to "Business Contacts
in BCM" to start adding history (like phone calls, notes, etc.)?

Thanks,
George

You can create your new contacts directly in the BCM Business Contacts
folder.

For existing contacts, you will want to move them to the BCM Business
Contacts folder. There is no link between Contacts in Outlook and BCM
folders and changing a field in one will not automatically change it in
the other.

In the general case you will want to keep your friends and family in
the Outlook folder and your customers in the BCM folder.

But if you do this (keep your friends and family in
the Outlook folder and your customers in the BCM folder.) you will not
be able to sync all of your contacts with your PDA or SmartPhone as
ActiveSync only syncs with "Contacts" (Outlook).

If Microsoft could fix this issue with ActiveSync then your solution
whould work fine.

Anyone from Microsoft care to address this issue?
