How soon after sending a post....

does it appear.....

I was on Freeserve till recent......it was almost instant....

This Blueyonder takes hours for a post to appear....

Swop over to " text.news.blueyonder.co.uk " as your newserver
As long as you do not require binaries
this is a text only server

Cute...

Several times I have seen the reply to a post appear before the post itself does. It depends on the way the posts
are propagated from server to server.

Anytime I post to ng's I hit the Headers button and it comes up instantly.
