How can I get Outlook 2003 to reflect the names of attached files in sent
mail? I frequently e-mail attachments to business clients . It would help
to have a record of that in the header of the sent mail .

I don't think I fully understand your question. If you send a mail with an
attachment the attachment is included in the message that is stored to your
Sent Items folder. If you see the attachments in the body you must change
your mail format to HTML or Plain Text.
