how should I save a powerpoint presentation to CD in read only for

Yes. I want to prevent the slides being copied in an editable format.
The powerpoint file is to be published onto multiple CD ROM's and I want to
prevent the images in the slides as well as the slides themselves from being
copied or plagerised.

You should understand that if you let me play a presentation on my computer, I
can make, at the very least, screen captures of pretty much anything that
appears on the screen.

It might not be up to the quality of your original images, but the possibility
is there. Can you live with that?

If not, you may want to re-think distributing the info, or rely on copyright
protection rather than copy protection.
 
The images on the slides are my original work so I do not want to see the
slides copied into someone else's powerpoint presentation. I doubt that a
screen capture would project to well however I would have to live with that.I
just want to know how to make the ppt file read only file.
