I bought a new computer with Windows 7. I can't seem to figure out how to
e-mail a web page. First it told me I did not have a default configured.
Then I went to control panel and configured defaults. Now it sends the
e-mail addres to the "TO" line on my Outlook. Any ideas on what to do to get
correctly configured to e-mail web pages to myself or to others?

What do you mean by this? Mail will of course always be sent out to the
address that you specified ;-)

In Internet Explorer, choose Page-> Send Page by E-mail...
This will open a new message with the page as the content, the page title as
the subject and the cursor in the To: field so that you can directly specify
where to send it to.
