How send a single MP3 to another PC

I'd like to know if I can send a single MP3 to another PC. This particular
PC only uses Hotmail - so an MP3 file would be too large. I'd like for the
person at the other end to easily be able to play the MP3. Possible? How?

Create an account with Yahoo. Then, use the briefcase to upload the file.
Give the other user the user name and password so they can go to the
briefcase and download it to their computer. I believe you can upload up to
a 5 mb file. Most mp3 files are between 3 and 4 mb.
