how protect out of pop-up advertisement..

Please can someone advise?

Every time when pop-up advertisement, the cursor left,
So I must click the mouse for calling it again in order to keep my works
continuously.
I'd like to definitly stop internet as I'm working for my job.
Would welcome any help. Thanks.

WY PARK: It is exasperting to deal with popups. Try a
freeware from Panicware called PopUP Stopper. It is quite
effective. Also a freeware is Spybot. It will remove all
traces of attachments that hook onto your computer. And
another good one is AdAware. I keep Popup on all the time
and run the others weekly. Say hello to the 44th state.
