How ot change logo in top right hand corner of screen

I was told there is a way of changing the logo showing page activity in
Internet Explorer.

Any ideas? It is the logo that is customised by companies when they issue
you with their own customised version if IE.
 
Or, try this:

Click Start | Run | type:
"rundll32 iedkcs32.dll,Clear"
