The "N" version of XP is officially available at the same price as the
complete version. I have yet to see one "N" box on the shelves (who in their
right mind would want to get a crippled version if there's no savings in
it?) <g> There's no obvious reason to think things will be different with
Vista. However, if you live in Europe you very likely will not get the
American version. As with XP, you will get the "International English"
version. The only visible difference is the text of the EULA. I believe the
encryption algorithm is also slightly different (but compatible), mostly for
copyright reasons.
