how much from my Internet for each programs

hi

does anybody know any program [for windows 7] to tell me which programs how much from my Internet for each programs they are using.

Hi Carlo, if you would like to take a look at this link, it gives information about an application called "TCP View" which I think you will find helpful. :)
 
thank you for that it is not I look for , but it is helpful.

I used to use NetLimiter with vista but unfortunately the NetLimiter 2 incompatible with windows 7.
anybody knows other programs compatible with windows 7?
