So what do you want us to say? It's purely subjective.

I've seen that athlon64 2800's are as fast as athlon xp 3200.
+ moving from an xp 3200 to a 3500 64bits would mean a increase in
performance of 40% in speed. But one thing you should know first.
Optimes your hard drive i/o first and then try getting a new cpu and
mobo. Imop it all about that now. i would suggest that you try a
200gigs maxtor drive in raid mode and then see if you need a faster
cpu. that is if you dont pass your time in ripping off "family
movies"... huhh huhh!

i've choose maxtor drive 200gigs cause it has the most tranfer rate in
mb/s thent any auther ide drive (50-55 mb/s average reading
condition). Try to check out hd tach. all the stats are there.
