Admittedly, Citrix is nice if you want to publish
applications or if you need some advanced load balancing.
However, whether you need this functionality is another
thing.
Typically, both Citrix's ICA and Microsoft's RDP protocols
consume around 20Kbits/sec per user. This usage can go up
or so, depending on what is being transferred, so
understand that the above numbers are only an average.
If you are sizing up your server, assume that each user is
going to user about 20-50MB of memory, and in most cases,
running out of memory can be fatal, so beef your system up
accordingly.

Citrix. I have a full T1 line and will have around 23
remote users. Do I realy need to send the extra money?
Or do I need more bandwidth? How much bandwidth does it
really take for each terminal session?

I am looking into setting up terminal services for around
Citrix. I have a full T1 line and will have around 23
remote users. Do I realy need to send the extra money?
