I have the pst file from MS Office XP Outlook Calendar. How can I move
that data to Vista's Windows Calendar? The Vista program seems to demand an
ics file.

Thanks

I don't think there is any converter available, that doesn't involve using
Outlook.

Your best bet appears to be Download the trial Office 2007 program, install
Outlook 2007.
Open your .pst file, do a File - Save As... to .ics format (you can't do
this with Outlook 2003)

Copy the .pst file in XP to external media. Copy and paste it in
Documents in Vista. Open it with Outlook by going to File/Open/Outlook
Data File.

Hi sorry as I said I am not very technical how do I find the .pst file?

Use search with hidden files enabled. Note this method will put the
calendar in Outlook, not Vista's Calendar.
