How May I active the FTP service on Windows 2000 Workstation

I need to define the FTP service on Workstation with
Windows 2000 Professional Operative System. I need just
install the FTP service on that workstation. So May you
let me know How could I do that please?

Intall and configure IIS to serve FTP. Or download and install one of the
many free FTP servers.
