How maximize an IE shortcut?

I placed a shortcut in my startup group (All Users). This shortcut is to a
specific site on the web using Internet Explorer. When it opens, it is in a
window - but I want it to be maximized. How do I do this?

Hi

A shortcut with this content will start Internet Explorer maximized:

%comspec% /c start /max iexplore.exe http://some.url.here
