How Many Worksheets can a Workbook Contain

Does anybody know if there is a limit to the number of Sheets that can be placed in a single Workbook?

Is it limited by the memory or drive space on the machine or does Excel itself have a limit if so what is it??

but not a certain number of sheets limit, see
