how many meetings are in a calendar?

All of our training rooms have their own individual calendars on outlook and
when we are using them we add them to the meeting request as a resource. We
are now looking at space utilisation in the building and I was wondering if
it is possible to run a "usage" report on the calendars?

I need to know the number of meetings there have been in these calendars,
and if possible by day and hour - e.g. is 3pm on Monday the most popular slot
for a meeting over the period of one year?

Rather than going through each calendar day by day I was wondering if there
was any tool out there that would run these reports for me?

Hi Selena,

I think you will need special 3rd party tools to check the "recources" of
your meeting rooms.
