How Many CPU Supported?

Hello:

I have an IBM X370 Server that have 4 Units of PIII Xeon 700MHz.
Does Win2K Advance Server support 6 Units of CPU or need 8 Units?

Windows 2000 Advanced Server supports 8 CPUs
