How many address books do I have?

When I attempt to email an internet page from the send item on the file menu,
it gives me a different address book than the one in my Microsoft Outlook.
Why?

In IE go to Tools | Options | Programs and set Outlook as the default email
program.
Note that Outlook and Outlook Express are different programs and use
different Address Books.
Windows version?
IE version?
Versions for Outlook and Outlook Express?
