How make macro available to any open file?

How can I make a macro available to any open PowerPoint file? I have Excel
macros that load any time I open any Excel file. Word works the same way.
But PowerPoint only loads that macros that exist in the currently open file.
For example, I have an Excel macro attached to a toolbar button that will
paste Values Only; this button works in any file I may have open. Thank you.

Yes, PowerPoint works differently. You need to create an add-in. Look here

Yikes! So complicated. I thought Excel's conversion from macros to VBA was
difficult but PowerPoint is much more so. Regardless, thank you for the
link; I'll try my hand at it. John.
