how make a popup in VS 2005 ?

I Have a dude ( I hope you can help ).

How can I generate Popups (Style MSN 6 =>
http://www.fotosmes.com/descargar/msn6/fotos/NickPopupVentanas.jpg )
in the a aplication visual basic 2005 ?

my application has a timer , I would then notify through a popups , I
want to show it on screen.

How ??

Thx

A "popup" is nothing more than a window. Just create a form in your
project and show it, probably with the showdialog method.

Hi,

They're usually called Toast windows or similar. If you download the source
code for the VB Snippet Editor, the MessageDialogue Form is a sample of
this. I have the source code posted at
http://billmccarthy.com/projects/Snippet_Editor/ , but that is a VS 2008
project. Still you can grab the MessageDialogue classes out of it and they
should work fine in 2005, just 2005 won't open the entire project.
