How Long will this last..?

My win2000 has been the most stable of all the MS OS's to date, including XP
pro.

What does the Forum think about this great condition lasting?

Note: I'm not a gamer but i've thrown everything else at it, w2k is a good OS.

Mmh. You might as well ask "How long will I be in excellent
health?" Surely you're the best person to answer this question!
It depends entirely on the quality of the programs you run and
the strength of your virus / hacker defences, same your body'
health which depends on what you ingest and what bugs you
expose it to. There is one big difference: Your body ages but
Windows does not.

There is one other difference: You can't clone your body but
you can certainly clone Windows and preserve the clone for
a rainy day. I do it all the time.
