How long can a USB cable e and still work >??

We Live For The One We Die For The One

Just ask this because i have a Steering wheel which i want to take
into my lounge room, so i need a cable atleast 10 meters for the USB
cable from my PC :)

Would this be a problem ?

Good information. The OP should know there are also reapeaters and
active extenders that may help him cover the distance (at a cost, of
course.) Here's a link to one such item -

HMMM.

Five metres should be ok maybe just three, ill just have to drill
through a brick wall thats all, ok realy i can use the hole to link my
Homemade DIVX player via a Network.

Can you have a Ethernet and USB network at the same time ??

So i can't have a cable more than 5 Metres long ?? no hubs just one
cable to the hub which has two connections, which is connected via the
mobo ?
