I have set up an email account with cable company that I can access using
Outlook. I travel frequently and also access via the web. However, when
anyone accesses email via Outlook from home computer, it automatically
deletes from web in-box. How can I setup Outlook to keep in-box items
available via web until I review and delete/move them?

Thanks.

Enable the option to leave copies of downloaded messages on the server.
Find it on the Advanced tab of your account properties pages.

You have to make sure that you don't have the default delivery location set
to download to a .pst folder...to check that go to the control panel....click
on mail....click on show profiles...select the profile....click properties....
email accounts....veiw or change existing (ect.)...next...and look at the
bottom left hand corner and make sure it says the default delivery is to a
mailbox and not to a personal folder or an archive folder.
