I have three Windows XP Home PCs. Two of them have the Interactive
Logon service installed and activated. The third does not. This third
PC is one in which I recently reinstalled the entire OS plus SP2 and
all Windows updates and patches to date. Each PC has the Terminal and
Fast User Switching services activated. So, I can't for the life of
figure out where the Interactive Logon service came from and why it's
missing from the one PC.
