Assume I have multiple programs running on my WinXP Pro system which consume/need a certain part
of the available internet connection bandwidth:
- FTP download
- VoIP client (Skype)
- Web server
- P2P torrent download
- remote control client/server
How is the local limited bandwidth assigned among all these capacity requesting hungry clients by default?
First comes, first serves ?
Do I have an option to manually assign a minimum, maximum or percentage of the full capacity
to certain programs (outside the programs themselves!)?
