How I download emacs from the internet?

Well, you're asking in the wrong place. These newsgroups are for the database
program Microsoft Access.

Asking for *A* compiler for C, VB and JavaScript is like asking a car dealer
for a sports car with 2 ton cargo capacity and 40mpg gas milage. They are
three utterly different programs and you'll need three different programming
environments to use them.
