How get Win2k log in dialog in XPPro?

Can someone pls help me in this?
1) I want just good old Win2K style login dialog where i enter *real*
user account name and type the password.

2) I do not want "Auto login" & "Screen showing Users"


I have spent far too much of time disabling this unnecessary feature.
Please help me.

If required, I can create domain and add my pc to it.

Control Panel --> User Accounts--> Change the way users log on or off.
Disable the Welcome Screen (you also can no longer use Fast User Switching.)
 
Open Local Security Policy via secpol.msc and then go to local
policies\security options. Find the security option for interactive logon:
do not require ctrl-alt-del and set it to disabled. --- Steve
