how fast is access's IO speed?

I want know each version of access family:2000 2003 2007 etc.
if it is not possible, I prefer to 2003's info.

If read and write both in same time, It speed can reach...?

Given that what you're asking depends on the hardware on which the software
is running (and the network speed), I doubt it's possible to give you a
meaningful answer.
