My computer was off during the time the auto-scan displays
it scans.

Does it boot the computer, scan, then shut down?

Just wondering?

OK, please explain,
Spyware Scan Details
Start Date: 2/3/2005 2:00:25 AM
End Date: 2/3/2005 2:07:11 AM
Total Time: 6 mins 46 secs

Detected Threats
No spyware threats were found during this scan.

I promise I was not at work at 2 AM of this morning.

Thanks,
Greg

Was the power to the computer turned off, or was it in
hibernate or standby? I have my laptop configured to go
into standby when I close the lid. With the lid closed, it
skips a scheduled scan.

I am logged on and remain logged on when my laptop
goes into standby. Whatever programs were running when
I close the lid are immediately restored when I open the lid.
Yet it skips the scheduled scan if the laptop is in standby.
So, it's not just a log-on issue.

Check with your network management folks. My bet is that they turn systems
on via WOL and run management tasks--backups, patches, perhaps.
