How does admin reset a user password?

Hi,
I created a secured database and am about to launch it to all the users. I
foresee the day that a user is going to call me to reset their password
because they forgot it. Could you please tell me how, as the admin person, I
will do that?

Tools/Security/User and Group Accounts/Clear Password
