Someone just showed me how nicely Act2000 was integrated
with its templates - all he did was open a contact and
with two clicks applied the user's info to a document (he
had palceholders in place already), which he could then a-
mail. I am trying to do the same in Outlook but it does
not seem to be very intuitive. I downloaded some
templates from the MS website but do not know how to
populate them. Any pointers would be appreciated - I
would love to test for myself but need to know where to
find the information.
