How do you use ftp at the arendkay.net isp?

A friend I am assisting set up an account to register a domain name and
host a web page at arendkay. I have prepared a simple web page for him,
but after going through that process, there is nothing obvious on their
web site about how to continue. Nothing about where an ftp client should
address nor any other comments. Just pages about billing and profiles
etc. Anyone know anything about this outfit or who to contact?

Did he get an email from arendkay ??
It should have the publishing instructions.

How long has the domain been registered??

Yes, since I sent the post, he has received an email with the needed
instructions. Guess I just wasn't patient enough. It would have been
nice if they could have indicated on their web page to expect an email
with instructions. Thanks.
