how do you use animations on clip art

how do you use animations on clip art, because when i put the animations like
fade in on the writings and headings it doesn't include the the picture, it
just comes up first then the rest comes in. is there a way that i can get the
clip art to fade in at the same time??

You don't mention the version of PowerPoint or HOW you applied the animations.

I'm guessing you used an animation scheme (not available in latest version)

If so it will only apply to text in Title and Body placeholders and you will
need to use custom animation to apply animations to images etc. Select the
shape / image and slides show > custom animation then "add effect to add the
effeect of your choice (entrance > fade in your case)

I can do this thing. I just select the clipart and select custom animation
and give the same animation - fade in and it shows the clipart along with the
text in animation.

Please let me know if it gives you some problem while trying that. I tried
in 2003 and 2007
