How do you teach Word 2003 to Word 2007 users?

My school uses Word 2003 and almost all of the students also have either Word
2003 or Word XP. Students who did not have it are buying Word 2007. I have
Word 2007 at home, but I have to teach usage based on what most have. How can
I help the Word 2007 users with learning the things I show them, which are
done differerently in 2007 than in 2003?
 
That may seem like a big problem, but really it isn't as such: it just takes
some perseverance. The commands are mostly the same but presented in Ribbons
instead of familiar menus. Most of the keyboard shortcuts are identical. And
if the 2007 users install the free Get Started add-in (download from the
Office 2007 support site), they can use the interactive tool that displays
the equivalent Word 2007 operation.

I'd start off by showing the Word 2007 users how to edit the QAT and they
can then add some of the legacy tools/menus to it.
