How do you sync outlook with palm tungsten E2?

I recently upgraded computers. When I did an inital sync. all of my calendar
dates moved to outlook. I have added several "new" items to my calendar, but
those dates are not syncing with outlook.

What sync software do you use? That is what controls the sync, not outlook.
