Depends on the program, but most of them are started in the"startup" folder
of the particular user, or "all users" startup folder. Use Windows Explorer
and go to each user or simply use a start/search for "statrup", look at the
path and nuke(delete) the program icon from the folder. (but write down what
you do, if you can't remember later.)
You can get the rest in the registry, if that doesn't do the whole trick.
