Vista - Office Enterprise 2007 - Outlook and Word

Something changed - Now whenever I print it says I am using
Memo Style - 2 Weeks ago it never did this
Memo Style only on the right hand side of the page

How do you get rid of it
Spent several hours now I cannot get rid of it
Previously I don't think I ever used Styles
Certainly in Outlook

Now whenever I print any email, old and new, it prints
only on the right side of the page

I look forward to your suggestions / assistance

Thanks - Grant.

You don't. Memo style is the default for printing an Outlook item.
Printing only on the right side of the page might indicate your default Memo
style has changed or your Printer settings are out.
You can reset the Outlook Memo style - Select and email, File | Print,
Define Styles, then Reset.

You could also try locating and deleting outprnt

Thanks Bill,

No sure how it changed
But somewhere in my printer settings
Was causing it to print only on the right side of the page

Thanks for help Bill

Are you saying that I cannot print using a different style than Memo? This
can use tons of unneeded paper as I seem to have a lot of people who do not
cut off the tails of prior e-mails.

Correct, you can only use the default memo style but there are ways around
your problem. Outlook 2007 SP2 adds the ability to pick the pages to print.
See http://www.slipstick.com/mail1/print.asp for other methods and print
utilities.

Thank you for your prompt response. I thought I had SP2 but apparently I do
not. I can take care of that now.
