I am using "xReminder Pro" which loads itself at bootup. I want to
substitute a set of new data files replacing whatever it may have before it
boots up, and I then want to start it running. I want to do all this from a
batch file. There are a number of programs available that enable one to
dissable a program before it starts. The problem occurs when I have copied
the new data files and I want to start "xReminder Pro". To start it running
I put into my batch file the command:
"C:\Program Files\xReminder Pro\xRemind.exe"
I watch the processing of the command file. When it gets to the above line
it just stops. If I apply the command while "xReminder" is running the
command executes just fine. How can I start "xReminder Pro"? Remember I
want to do it from a batch file.
