how do you sign up for the program?

i signed up in july. but haven't gotten an email yet for downloading RC1.
what do i do?

There you can download RC1, but you will need a beta2 key if you want to use
it more then 14 days

yes but also if you are new there open it up soon for the new ones to try it
out just go to there official website.
