I have to use to sign on for my laptop, one for work, and one for home. I
have one email account so when I want to check my mail I have to sign off of
one and on to another, If I want to print at work I have to sign on but then
I cannot check my mail. See my problem, all I want to do is have the same
outlook open up in either sign in, I just cannot figure out how to share the
info between login-ins.

If you'd provided your Outlook version I could give you more detailed
instructions, but basically you need to put your .PST file in a Windows
folder that both of your Windows user profiles can access, then tell Outlook
under each Windows profile that you want to use that one .PST file.

I have a similar question as Matt, I think!

We have an email account at home using Outlook Express 6 and now have a
laptop that will be at the office most of the time. If I set up an email
account on the laptop using the same email address etc. and if I
understand, I can logon and read any unread mail on only one or the other
machine but not on both. If I read it at work, it does not show on the pc
at home as read mail, right? Is there any way that you can read the mail at
either place and be able to look at that mail on both machines? Hope this
isn't to confusing!!!!!!!

Thanks

It really depends on the type of e-mail account and how you set the accounts
up...but you may want to ask your question in an Outlook Express newsgroup to
get more specific answers, as this group is for Outlook from the Microsoft
Office suite of programs. You can find lots of help and tips for OE at
http://www.insideOE.com, as well as links to the OE newsgroups. Good luck!
