How do you share a networked calendars notes

Is there a way to share a calendars notes that are on a network? I know how
to share my personal notes but can't figure out the rest. Thanks
 
Would you please try to explain a bit more clearly what you want help with?

Also: Do you Exchange? What version of Outlook?
