How do you set administrator password?

I have finished a build of a workgroup file sharing "server" and I am not
able to acces it from the lan. The error says check permissions and blank
passwords not accepted.

How can I set a password? What componets if any? Thank you,

look for administrator account component. click on the advance component
button and look for cmiUserPassword.

The "Administrator Account" component allows you to specify the password for the local Administrator account. By default, the
password for the Administrator account is blank in Target Designer.
To change the default password for the Administrator account In Target Designer, add the Administrator Account component to your
configuration.
In the configuration editor, select the component, and then choose the Advanced button on the details pane. In the Advanced
Component Properties dialog box, edit the cmiUserPassword property to specify the password for the Administrator account, and then
chose Close.
